3 UNBELIVABLE PLACES IN THE WORLD

1. Eternal Flame Falls - This waterfall is in Chestnut Ridge Park in New York. Although Eternal Flame Falls isn’t massive, it has an interesting element, fire. Near the bottom of the waterfall, there is a tiny cavern that natural gas flows out of. When lit, the gas produces a flame that can be seen yearlong. Although, sometimes the fire goes out and has to be ignited again. Eternal Flame Falls wasn’t originally a popular tourist destination, but as it gained more recognition from the media, people started visiting it more often. It has also been studied by several geologists, who discovered that it emits more propane and ethane than other natural gas-secreting places. 2. Zhangye Danxia Landform - This stunning landscape is found in Linze County, China. These rocks are like Ogres; they have layers. They’re much more stunning than Shrek’s relatives, however. They appear velvety, but form pointed, jagged peaks. The striped, multicolored stone is due to the different types of minerals that were deposited throughout the landform’s sandstone base millions of years ago. The bright hues give Zhangye Danxia Landform the appearance of a rainbow. This whimsical place could be right out of a Dr. Seuss story and has often been named one of China’s most brilliant landforms. 3. Naica Mine - This world wonder is in Chihuahua, Mexico. It has gained a lot of recognition due to its colossal selenite crystals. In fact, within the mine, there is a cavern called The Cave of Crystals. It is about one thousand feet under the surface and encompasses some of the most substantial crystals ever discovered, the largest of which is nearly forty feet long, thirteen feet across, and weighs over fifty tons. These sparkling cylinders were formed by magma-heated, mineral-rich water that came into contact with chilled water. The cool water oxidized the sulfides, turning them into sulfates. Over the course of about five hundred thousand years, they crystallized, creating the breathtaking formations seen in the cave today.

THE MOVING MOUNTAIN.

In one of my many visits to Tanzania, i visited the mysterious mountain in Ngorongoro, and ooooh my the mountain moves, i guess this should be included in the history book as the ninth wonder of the world. according to Mark the Mountains normally don't move, but there is a mysterious hill of dark sand which has been travelling at the speed of 20 meters per year in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCCA). and former Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete, once expressed concern why the country is not marketing this wonder of nature as much as it deserves. "I once picked a handful of the sand from the dune and placed it in the car and surprisingly it continued to move even in there," This hill is breath taking and as a traveler it is a place to visit.

BANJI WHITE DOLPHIN AND WEST AFRICAN BLACK RHINO.

Baiji White Dolphin Baiji White Dolphin, its other name is Chinese River Dolphin, it can only be found in the Yangtze River in China. These mammals could grow to eight feet long and weigh up to a quarter of a ton. They relied on echolocation to navigate and hunt for pray due to their tiny eyes and very poor eyesight. Living in the Yangtze for 20 million years, their numbers declined drastically from the 1950s onward. As China industrialized, the river was used for fishing, transportation and hydroelectricity which had a huge effect on the mammals. Although not officially recorded as extinct, no one has seen a Yangtze River Dolphin since 2002. white Dolphin(pic wikimedia) 2. WEST AFRICAN BLACK RHINO. Hunted to extinction for their horns, these two-horned Rhinos had very poor eyesight and have been known to use birds (ox peckers) as an early warning system of approaching threats! black rhino.
